How to change all elements’ renovation filter from Proposed to Existing?

I am trying to change the renovation filter of all of the elements I have modeled from Proposed to Existing. Is there a quick way to do this?

Solution

There are two methods to change the renovation filter of all elements in the project at once:

Method 1: Using Edit Selection Set

1. Select all elements (Command + A for macOS or Ctrl. + A for Windows).
2. Go to Edit > Element Settings > Opening Selection Settings.
3. In the Edit Selection Set Dialog (under Categories), set Renovation Status from Proposed to Existing.

4. Click OK to confirm.

   

Method 2: Using Renovation Filter Palette

1. Select all elements (Cmd + A for macOS or Ctrl. + A for Windows).
2. Go to Window > Palettes > Renovation.

3. In the renovation palette, click the Existing Status icon.
