Issue Description
I have a full set of projects that need to be published. However, I need them to be published into separate PDFs so I can specify what needs to be sent where. Publishing each sheet one by one takes too much time. Is there an automatic way to turn off the option to merge the PDFs.
Solution
- In the Navigator window, go to > Publisher Set.
- Select the Publisher Set that you want to publish.
- Under the Format tab, uncheck “Merge into one PDF file” section.
TIP: To streamline your workflow, create two separate Publisher Sets: one configured to merge documents into a single PDF and the other set to publish documents individually. This way, you won’t need to modify the settings and can easily switch between the two as needed.
