Issue description
The goal is to produce multiple high-quality 3D rendered images from different perspectives in Archicad. Is there a way in Archicad to batch render multiple high-quality 3D images from different perspectives, allowing the process to run sequentially without needing to start each rendering manually?
Solution
You can set up batch rendering in Archicad using Publisher Sets.
Save the 3D Views:
- In the Navigator - View Map, create and save the 3D views you need to render.
- Ensure each perspective is properly adjusted before moving forward.
Adjust View Settings:
- Open the View Settings for each saved 3D view.
- Under the 3D Only tab, set the output to generate in the PhotoRendering window. Confirm by clicking OK.
- In the Navigator, switch to the Publisher Set.
- Create a new Publisher Set specifically for your 3D renders.
Define Output Settings.
- Set the Publisher Set Properties to “Create a real folder structure,” and choose the folder path to save the renders.
- Confirm by clicking OK.
Publish the Batch Render
- Click Publish and select the Entire Set to ensure all saved views are rendered.
- This will render each 3D view according to the settings defined.
With these steps, batch rendering multiple 3D images becomes efficient and streamlined.
