Issue description
When generating an image with the AI Visualizer, the following error appears: You need a valid Archicad license to use the AI Visualizer.
Solution
From Archicad 28 onwards, the AI Visualizer will be installed automatically, running in the cloud and saving and storing images locally.
With its cloud-based infrastructure, the Archicad AI Visualizer is available to Archicad users and students interested in integrating AI-powered architectural visualization within their workflows.
To allow for this development, and due to the cloud-based nature of the new AI Visualizer, this Archicad feature is only available with a Cloud License.
How to know if my license can run the AI Visualizer?
- Log in to https://id.graphisoft.com/ with the Admin's GSID.
- Click on Menu (top right) > Company & Employees.
- Select the Cloud Licenses tab on the left.
- No Cloud Licenses visible? → The AI Visualizer for Archicad 28 is not available.
- No Collaborate Licenses visible under Cloud Licenses? → The AI Visualizer for Archicad 28 is not available.
