Issue Description
Is there a way to independently select and manipulate edges and faces, such as offsetting an edge without affecting the whole Morph?
Solution
In Archicad, a Morph element is composed of several sub-elements: Faces and Edges. When you click on any part of the Morph, the entire element is selected. Similarly, using an area selection will select the entire Morph.
To work on specific parts of the Morph—such as an individual edge or face—you must switch to the "Sub-element" selection mode. This allows you to independently select and manipulate specific edges or faces.
Once a sub-element is selected, all Pet Palette commands will apply only to that selected part. For example, using the Move command on a selected face will move that face while automatically adjusting the connected parts of the Morph, without moving the entire Morph object. This feature provides precise control over individual elements within the Morph, enabling specific modifications like offsetting an edge or adjusting a single face.
