Issue Description
The surface rotation on the render output is different from the one represented in the 3D. Why is this happening?
Solution
The reason for this behavior is that in the Photorender projection, you are utilizing a different render engine as compared to the 3D View.
1: Document > Creative Imaging > PhotoRendering Settings.
2: In the PhotoRendering Settings, verify if you are using “Cineware by Maxon”
3: Proceed to Surfaces. Options > Element Attributes > Surfaces.
4: In the Surfaces window, look for the problematic Surface.
- Change the Engine Settings to “Cineware and Redshift by Maxon”.

Under the Size tab, change the angle to correct. In my example, 0.00°. Click OK.
