Issue description
The revision History object shows the computer’s name instead of the modifier’s name in the “Change Last Modified by” field. How can I change this to show the actual name?
Solution
In Archicad’s Transmittal Set scheme, the fields such as “Transmittal Set Date” and “Transmitted by” are automatically filled by extracting information from your computer. These fields are not modifiable directly.
However, if you wish to display your name instead of your computer’s name, you can create a custom field within the Transmittal Set scheme.
1. Open Transmittal Set. Go to Transmittal Set Details and click on Scheme.
2. Inside the Transmittal Set Scheme, click the “Add” button. Add the custom field for your name, then click OK.
3. In the Transmittal Set Details, input your name in the custom field you’ve just created.
4. Go to the Revision History object, then replace the “Change Last Modified by” field with the custom field containing your name.
