Issue description
When viewing linked BIMcloud libraries in an open Teamwork project via File > Library Manager... , their file size is displayed as 0 Bytes. Additionally, its related elements are missing from the project and appear as black dots.
Not all users in the Teamwork project are affected, only one or few are experiencing the issue.
Solution
BIMcloud libraries are downloaded as local copies to the client in use. These local copies can become corrupted and then appear as 0 Bytes in Library Manager.
To fix this issue, you need to clear local data of the affected library and re-load it into the project.
- Make sure to send any unsaved changes in your Teamwork projects using Send & Receive and use Release all to release reserved elements.
- Close all Teamwork projects.
- Go to Teamwork > Project > Local Data Manager.
- In the Local Data Manager navigate under Libraries, and select the affected libraries individually.
- Use the button Delete the selected library from the local data to remove them from the local copy.
When you next open the Teamwork project, a new local copy of the BIMcloud libraries will be created for the user. These will then be displayed in the Library Manager with the correct file size, and the project will correctly display its related elements/objects.
