Issue description
I am working on Walls, and I can’t seem to join them all properly, as lines appear at intersection points even though Clean Wall and Beam Intersections setting is on. No Graphic Overrides and default Model View Option setting.
Solution
If the "Clean Wall and Beam Intersections" setting is enabled, there are no Graphic Overrides, and the default Model View Options are selected, the issue may be caused by the Building Materials linked to the wall. In the Building Materials tab, you can modify the material priority, which influences how Elements connect visually.
- Select the walls that are not intersecting. Go to Options > Element Attributes > Building Materials; highlighted in green are the materials that are associated with the walls.
- Edit the Priority values of the associated materials until the desired appearance is achieved.
