How can I join a company with my Graphisoft ID

Issue description

You want to link your Graphisoft ID to an existing company. 

Solution

The company administrator can invite any user to join the company they manage.

1. Open the Company Management portal and sign in with the company administrator. 
2. Go to the Members menu. 
3. Click on Invite members. 
4. Type in the email/Graphisoft ID you want to add to the company. 
   Note: you can only invite Graphisoft IDs that are not part of any company. 
5. The user will receive an email invitation to accept the request to join the company.

At this point, the Graphisoft ID will become part of the company, and the company administrator will receive a notification.

With cloud licenses, your administrator can assign a specific license to your Graphisoft ID, which can be used on any computer after logging in to Archicad.
