Why does my window schedule on the story above?

Issue Description 

A window placed in a Ground Floor wall that spans two stories appears on the Floor above in the Interactive Schedule instead of the Ground Floor. 

Solution

If a window spans two floors and has at least half its height above the story level, even when placed on the lower story, it will be scheduled as if it belongs to the story above.
