Issue Description
You try to log into the License Manager Tool using your Graphisoft ID but the login website is not loading, or the Sign in button is faded or unclickable, even after typing your email and password.
Solution
This issue is common for Windows users, and it is related to the Windows trusted sites settings in Internet Options.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
1. Open Internet Options:
- Click on the Windows symbol on your desktop
- Type Internet Options and press Enter.
2. Add Trusted Site:
- In the Internet Options window, go to the Security tab.
- Click on Trusted Sites and then click on the Sites button.
- Add the following website: https://*.graphisoft.com
- Click Add and then Close to save the changes.
3. Restart the License Manager Tool:
- Close the License Manager Tool if it is open.
- Restart the tool and attempt to log in with your Graphisoft ID.
