Newly created Layouts are not appearing in the associated Publisher set, and I'm trying to figure out why this is happening. Could there be a setting I'm missing, or is there something specific I need to do to ensure that these new Layouts are automatically included in the Publisher set?
Solution
Simply copying or dragging the folder to the Layout book does not automatically copy all new Layouts created later on. You need to save it as a shortcut so that all new Layouts will automatically reflect to the Publisher set.
Open the Organizer. You can access this through:

- Document > Publish… or

Select the button with 3 horizontal lines on the Navigator tab and select Show Organizer.
On the left side of the Organizer, select the Layout Book (1). On the right side, select the Publisher Set (2) then click Add Shortcut (3).
TIP: Select the correct Publisher set before adding the Shortcut. For more info, you can refer to this article: Organizer.
