Description:

I have installed the latest update of my Archicad 27 but I am failed to view the settings of my Roof Accessory object. The Custom Settings tab which allows me to edit the Roof Accessory object is greyed out. How can I fix this?

Solution:

Having the Custom Settings tab greyed out is because the Accessory library itself is not added to the project. To add the library for the Accessories, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to File > Library Manager
2. Select Add.
3. Go to the Archicad Installation Folder and select the Accessories Library 27.
   For Windows:
   Program Files > Graphisoft > Archicad 27 > Accessories Library 27
   
   
   For macOS:
   Applications > Graphisoft > Archicad 27 > Accessories Library 27
   

4. Select OK

Open the Roof Accessories now and the option is available.
