Issue Description
I downloaded a new update for the current Archicad version but it cannot be installed.
Solution
Consider the following:
A. Was the installation file downloaded correctly?
Select and download updates from here and ensure the following settings match your installation/system before downloading:
- Language version
- Archicad version
- Operating system
B. Are all open Archicad instances closed?
- Before installing the update, make sure that no Archicad files or windows are open.
- The installation process for updates follows the same procedure as the initial installation of an Archicad version: Updates must first be downloaded and then installed.
