Issue Description
You try to open a Teamwork project in Archicad, the software crashes constantly or you get a warning message stating that the project is damaged and Archicad will attempt to repair it. You click on Repair, and then you get the error Repair process failed.
Solution
Delete the project's Local Teamwork Data:
1. Got to Teamwork > Project > Local Data Manager.
2. From the list, select the Project or Library you wish to delete.
3. Click Delete at the bottom of the dialog box.
4. Restart Archicad and Rejoin the Teamwork project.
If the Issue Persists:
Deleting local teamwork data resolves the issue for most users, but if it does not get resolved or more than one user experiences the issue you can contact your local Technical Support or submit a ticket via the Graphisoft Support Website.
