Issue description
Contents from the master layout are not displayed on the layout. The title block and frame are missing on the layout.
Solution
To display master layout elements within the layout, the master elements must be enabled. This setting is located under View > On-Screen View Options > Master Items on Layout. Make ensure this option is checked to activate it.
