Using the Project Info in Archicad allows you to manage and document essential details about your project efficiently. Here’s how to access and use the Project Info feature:
Accessing Project Info.

Open Project Info:
- Go to the File menu at the top of the screen.
- Select Info > Project Info.
Using Project Info.

Project Data:
- In the Project Info dialog box, you’ll see various fields, these fields allow you to enter details about the project, such as the project name, location, client information, and more.

Customizing Fields:
- You can customize the information fields by adding, renaming, or deleting them according to your project needs.
- Click the Add or Remove buttons to manage the fields.
3. Filling in Details:

- Fill in the relevant information in the provided fields. This information can include general project details, building specifications, and contact information for stakeholders.
- Be as detailed as necessary to ensure all critical project information is documented.
4. Using Project Info in Documentation:

- The details entered in the Project Info can be automatically inserted into your project’s documentation as Text and Labels. For Text use the Auto Text function
For Labels use the Auto Text option and populate the labels as above.
