Issue description
After joining a TeamWork project, I noticed that I can't select or edit specific elements, including the master layouts.
Solution

User Role and Permissions:
Reason: Your user role might not have sufficient permissions to reserve certain elements.
Solution: Check your permissions with the project administrator. Ensure that your role has the necessary rights to reserve elements within the model.
- Element Ownership:
Reason: They are already reserved by another user or they have been deleted.
In such cases, the Last Reservation Results palette appears with feedback on the results
Solution: Check the reservation status of the elements. You can see who has reserved them and ask that user to release them or request them from the Teamwork menu.

Server Connection Issues:
Reason: There could be a problem with your connection to the BIMcloud or BIM Server.
Solution: Verify your network connection and ensure you are connected to the BIM Server. Try reconnecting to the Teamwork project.
