How do I submit a bug report, and what information do I need to provide?
Solution
When Archicad crashes, the Bug Reporter dialog appears. Follow the steps below to send the report and contact Support.
Step 1: Send the Bug Report from Archicad
In the text field, describe what you were doing when the problem occurred. This detail is very useful!
For example:
“I tried to ⌘Click a circular wall with a closed spline intersecting it at 4 points, the software then froze for about 30 seconds, eventually resulting in a crash”Check the box: “I agree to send a detailed report...”.
Add your email address. Including your email allows us to associate the report with your account and identify possible patterns across multiple submissions.
Click Send Report.

After the report has been successfully submitted, a confirmation dialog will display the Bug ID. Copy this code or take a screenshot for your records.
Sending the Bug Report does not automatically create a Support Ticket. To receive assistance, you must submit a request using the Support Site.
Step 2: Create a Support Ticket
