Issue Description
Your project initially used a default template where all the doors and windows were set to an orange pen color. Now, you want to change this pen color across all these elements but aren't sure how to update them all at once.
Solution
In Archicad, managing pen settings efficiently is crucial, especially when dealing with large-scale projects that require consistent visual representation. Windows, as a fundamental element in architectural designs, often need coordinated pen settings for outlines, fills, and other aspects. Changing these pen settings one by one can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Fortunately, Archicad provides a method to alter pen settings for multiple windows simultaneously. Follow the steps to achieve this efficiently.
1. Open the pen settings
The 3rd column of 6 Pens are all linked to the openings in Archicad.
2. Edit the pens in this column. This will mass change any placed windows and doors and also any windows and doors yet to be placed.
3. Store the Pen set for future use.
