Issue Description
The content for SSA customers under the Service Contract section on the Graphisoft Community website is not displayed, accessible, or available for download. Logging in with a GSID does not work or is not accepted.

Solution
1. Log in with your GSID.
The content under the Service Contract section is available only to logged-in customers who have a service contract (Archicad, Forward, or a subscription).

2. Link GSID to a License.
The GSID must be linked to a license associated with the service contract.
The process differs depending on the type of license.

3. Log out and log back in with GSID.
After linking the GSID to the license, log in to the Community again to update the data.
4. Clear Cookies / Log in with a Different Browser.
Log out from the Community and then log back in using a different browser. Alternatively, try logging in using a private browsing window or clearing the browser cookies.
