Issue Description
Our Embedded Libraries save custom, project-specific objects directly within the project file, rather than on your file system or the BIMcloud. This approach ensures that these objects are always accessible and editable. However, it's important to avoid letting your embedded library become too large. If it does, it can slow down your file because Archicad must check each of these objects individually.
Solution
We advise you to save your embedded library to an LCF file. An LCF file or a Library Container File will load two to three times faster than all these individual library objects. So how do we create this LCF container.
Use the File\Libraries and Objects\Create Container menu command to create a container.
In the appearing dialog, select the folders or singular object items you wish to include in the LCF and click the Create button.
In the file selection Dialog, specify the name of the LCF to be created.
Click the Options button, check the Compress file checkbox in the appearing dialog, and click OK.
Then finally click the Save button to create the Library Container File.
Click the Close button to leave the Create Library Container Dialog.
Now you can remove the objects from your embedded library and Add the created LCF to the Local Libraries instead.
Click OK to reload libraries.
