Issue description
You have pre-set the label settings, but when you select your element on the plan, no information is filled out. Instead, you see a message that reads: 'This label is not available for Independent Labels'.
Solution
The label has been set to independent.
Change the setting to associative and place the label again. This time it will populate with the settings of the selected element.
