Stair Symbol does not have Solid Fill on Plan

Issue description

You have set up a Cover Fill for your Stair symbol on the floor plan, but when you open your view, the fill appears transparent—even for the Stair’s visible segment on that level.

Solution

A Stair’s Cover Fill display is controlled by the Model View Options (MVO). This setting takes priority over the individual Stair settings and any applied graphic overrides.

1. Go to Document > Model View > Model View Options...
2. Expand the Detail Level of Stair and Railing Symbols tab.
3. In the Symbol Component list, locate the Grid Fill and Structure Fill options.
4. Under Show, change the value from None to Visible & Hidden Parts or Visible Parts Only.
   
   
5. Click OK to apply the changes.

Fill should now appear as normal as seen in the image below:
