Why was my registration rejected?
Solution
Your registration could have been rejected due to one of the following reasons:
- Use of Non-University Email: You have not used a university email address.
- Solution: Reapply with your university email address if available.
- Missing Archicad Educational License: You lack a valid Archicad educational license associated with the email you used.
- Solution: If you don't have a university email address, sign up with one associated with an Archicad educational license at myarchicad.graphisoft.com.
- Incomplete University Information: Information about your university is missing.
- Solution: Select your university from the list or add a new university (available for team leaders). Ensure you select the same university during signup as your team leader.
- Country Selection Mismatch: You didn't select the same country as your team leader during registration.
- Solution: Select the same country as your team leader during signup.
- Invalid TeamID: You didn't use a valid TeamID (applicable if you signed up as a team member).
- Solution: Confirm your TeamID with your team leader.
- Previous Term Team Registration: You signed up for a team registered in a previous term without requesting continuation.
- Solution: Confirm with your team leader and request migration by filling out the feedback form in our end-of-term cleanup reminder messages.
Additional Reasons for Rejection:
- You received a message indicating no available seats for the current term.
- You registered from a country with dedicated services for students and educators provided by local representatives.
- For Austria: Sign up for Next.BIMcloud at a-null.com if attending specific universities.
- For Germany: Sign up for Schnitzer& BIMcloud at schnitzerund.de if attending specific universities.
- For German-speaking Switzerland: Use IDC AG's services at idc.ch.
- For Other Universities in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland: Provided by Graphisoft or its partners; refer to wildcads.graphisoft.de for more information.
