Layer Combination changes to Custom when making Layers visible

Issue Description

When changing the visibility status of a layer in the Layers dialog box and clicking OK, the View's Layer Combination is automatically set to Custom.

Solution

1. Open Document > Layer > Layers...                                                     
2. In the left panel, select the Layer Combination you wish to modify.
3. With the combination active, click on the Visibility icon (eye icon) to the left of the Layer's name to change its visibility status.
4. Click Update Status.
5. Click OK to finish updating your Layer Combination.
