Issue Description
Due to technical reasons, you may need to uninstall the License Manager Tool
Solution
1: Uninstall the GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool
Uninstall GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool from macOS: Run the uninstaller from the Finder application > Applications > GRAPHISOFT > License Manager Tool > Uninstall.LMT folder
Uninstall GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool from Windows: Open the Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Press and hold (or right-click) on the GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool and select Uninstall
4. Download the GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool here: https://graphisoft.com/downloads/licensing/help/INT/pc
5. Install the GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool, and select the option to restart your computer at a later time.
6. Quit Archicad and then launch Archicad to confirm if the Archicad license key access issue is resolved.
