Issue description
This guide covers uninstalling the License Manager Tool to address license detection failures, connection errors, or a damaged installation prior to reinstalling the latest version.
Solution
- Uninstall the GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool.

macOS:
OpenApplications > GRAPHISOFT > License Manager Tool > Uninstall.LMT, then run the uninstaller. -
Windows:
OpenControl Panel > Programs > Programs and Features, then right-click GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool and select Uninstall.

- Download the GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool:
- Install the GRAPHISOFT License Manager Tool and select the option to restart the computer later.
- Quit Archicad, then relaunch Archicad to confirm whether the Archicad license key access issue is resolved.
