Changing the Reference Line of a Polygon Wall

Issue Description

When working with Polygon Walls we might want to change the position of the Reference Line which is also referred to as Reference Edge in Archicad. This will also be useful if changing any other type of Wall into a Polygon Wall, caused the Reference Line to switch position.

Solution

It is important to note that by default, the Reference Edge of a Polygon Wall is set as an Outside Face

We can redefine the Reference Edge of a Polygon Wall with the following steps:

1. Select the Wall
2. Click on one of the nodes of the Reference Edge
3. A Pet Palette will appear
4. Select the command Change reference edge of Polygon Wall in the Pet Palette                
5. Click once on the end node of the new Reference Edge
