Issue Description
I'm a student, but I mistakenly selected the School or Teacher option during registration.
Solution
To convert your Myarchicad account to a student account, please do not create a new account on your own, email myarchicad@graphisoft.com or submit a support request on this site:
- Click on Submit a request.
- Select the Educational Licensing Support from the dropdown menu.
- Fill out your details, state in the form that you mistakenly selected "School or Teacher" and wish to convert the account to a student profile.
- Submit your request and wait for confirmation from Graphisoft's Education Support that your account has been converted.
