Issue Description
You imported a point cloud file but it's completely black in the 3D view.
Solution
The source of the problem is the definition of colors in the point cloud file. Archicad only manages colors that are defined by RGB, but sometimes colors are defined according to scalar fields.
To correct the problem, you can use a free application such as CloudCompare :
- Open the point cloud file
- Select the components under "File structure" in the tree structure on the left
- Go to Edit > Scalar field > Convert to RGB
- Save the file
- Import it in Archicad again
