Issue Description
When incorporating an associative railing onto a staircase, it is possible to observe that the inner posts may not align with the steps or may land at different positions within the tread.
Solution
- Firstly, Select the Stair and open the Stair Selection Settings
- View the Tread Going dimension, it is advisable to use a Fixed Going Depth
- Select the Railing and open the Railing Settings > Segment > and change Pattern Distribution to Fixed Length.
- Changing the Pattern Position will also help with aligning the Inner Posts.
- Go to the Inner Posts tab, and in the Inner Post Settings modify the Distance from Previous
- The fixed Tread Depth modification from the beginning will be useful when changing the distance between Inner Posts, as this allows us to find a distance where the posts will land on the steps.
