Issue Description
One Archicad workstation does not load Teamwork libraries properly.
Solution
macOS Archicad Workstation:
The local copies of the Teamwork Libraries are hosted at:
/Macintosh HD/Users/your user name/Library/Application Support/GRAPHISOFT/TW Data/
The folders are named: L-5, L-4, L-3 etc.
(L-5 is version 22, L-4 is version 21, L-3 is version 20, etc.)
These folders are copies of the BIMcloud / BIM Server libraries.
Maybe there is something wrong with the current data on the local copy. Try the following procedures one at a time, on the affected Archicad workstation.
PROCEDURE A
1. Quit Archicad
2. Go to /Macintosh HD/Users/Library/Application Support/GRAPHISOFT/TW Data/
3. Delete the L-x folder appropriate for the version of Archicad in use. (L-5 is version 22, L-4 is version 21, L-3 is version 20, etc.)
STOP, Launch Archicad and open the Teamwork project. The Library should be downloaded from the BIMcloud again. If the problem is gone, you are done. If the problem remains, go to next procedure.
PROCEDURE B
If the problem is not gone by doing Procedure A, it is possible there is some permissions issue which needs to be cleared with a full Preferences Cleaning.
STOP, Launch Archicad and open the Teamwork project. The Library should be downloaded from the BIMcloud again. If the problem is gone, you are done. If the problem remains, go to next procedure.
PROCEDURE C
If Procedure A & B did not resolve the problem, then next we recommend removing and re-uploading libraries to the BIMcloud computer. You do this procedure from within Archicad under File > Libraries and Objects > Manage BIMcloud Libraries...
