Issue Description
If you have a Software License Key and Archicad is not finding the license it can be a for a few reasons.
Steps to Follow
1. Where is was your software key last located?
To find out, visit https://graphisoftid.graphisoft.com and sign in.
Click on Licenses and you will see a list of your licenses and most recent activity.
Click the arrow on the left side to expand the details.
If you learn the license is on another computer, please log into that computer and use the License Manager Tool to upload your license from that computer: https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/user-guide/63518/
After the license is successfully uploaded, you may then download the license to another computer: https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/?p=63517
2. Was the computer involved in any of the following?
- Computer replaced with new computer. Old computer no longer available or has been wiped.
- Computer operating system restored via Time Machine or other full system backup.
- Computer sent into repair shop for service.
If you answer "yes" to any of the questions above, then it is likely your software key is destroyed. Please contact Technical Support and we will assist you in getting your license replaced.
3. Other Problems
If the above 2 items do not seem to apply to your situation and the software key was last located on your current computer, but you are experiencing an error when trying to launch Archicad, such as "Key content is not accessible", please click here to try and resolve the issue.
