Issue Description
All users in a Teamwork environment will need to be on exactly the same Update or Build in order to collaborate. While we recommend all offices be on the latest update, we do recognize that there may be circumstances which keep you on a previous build.
If one user accidentally installs a newer update, not to worry, you can rollback to a previous update using the following steps.
Solution
1. First store and export your customized Work Environment for safe keeping.
2. Download and run the Archicad installer. Use it to run a Repair.
(Note: Before downloading the installer, you might still have the installer in your Downloads folder from installing Archicad originally or check with your company's systems admin and they may have the installer on your office file server. )
3. Download and run the applicable Update/Build that you require.
4. Restore your work environment.
