Archicad Full Installed Instead of Solo

Issue Description

If you have purchased an Archicad Solo edition license you will need to install Archicad Solo onto your computer. If Archicad full is installed, then you will see a message that No License is found for Archicad.

Solution

Find out if you have Archicad full or Archicad Solo installed.

macOS

1. Go to /Applications/Graphisoft
2. If you see Archicad 26, this is the full version.
3. If you see Archicad Solo 26, this is the Solo edition.

Windows

1. Go to C:\Program Files\Graphisoft
2. If you see an Archicad 26 folder, this is the full version.
3. If you see an Archicad Solo 26 folder, this is the Solo edition.

If it turns out you do have the full version installed, use the instructions to uninstall Archicad:
